STORYTELLING COMPETITION AT SMAPSA
Commemorating the 41th anniversary, SMA PARIWISATA SARASWATI KLUNGKUNG, held some competitions which were followed by junior high students in Klungkung, East Bangli, and West Karangasem. The competitions are accomplished to arise and build up the ingenuity, intelligent, competent, obedience, and inventive character in encountering world-wide competition based on local wisdom.
One of favorite competition which was followed by most of students is storytelling; almost 15 students come from eight different school such as SMP N 1 Semarapura, SMP N 2 Semarapura, SMP N 2 Rendang, SMP N 1 Banjarangkan, SMP N 2 Sidemen, SMP N 3 Sidemen, SMP N 1 Manggis, and SMP N 3 Manggis, joined this competition though one was disqualified. The storytelling held on December, 19th 2017. Every participant performed their ability in conveying the spirit of Indonesian folk tale enthusiastically. They dressed up, and productively using some properties to present the story into reality.
Finally, the judges announced the winner; they only chose three best performances, the representative of SMP 2 Semarapura, I Komang Adriana Trisna Delani, achieved the first winner, the second place went to SMP 2 Rendang, Yannix Mirah Pratiwi Rahayu, and the last place for SMP 1 Semarapura, Putu Indah Yoga Swari.
