SMAPSA ACHIEVEMENT ON AUGUST 2016

To celebrate the 71 Indonesian Independence Day, The Government of Klungkung Regency held some competitions. It started from kindergarten level until High School level. Beside that, some institutions and organizations also took a part on it, so did SMA Pariwisata Saraswati Klungkung. There were some categories followed, such as Lomba Gerak Jalan Indah (creative marching parade), Lomba Gerak Jalan 17 kilometer (17 kilometers marching competition), Lomba Sepeda Hias (cycling decorated competition) and Lomba Karnaval Budaya (Culture Parade Competition). On Lomba Gerak Jalan Indah, SMA Pariwisata Saraswati Klungkung sent 3 representatives and we got third runner up. Then, on Lomba Gerak Jalan 17 kilometer, 6 representatives were sent and we got the first runner up. The surprising one was on Lomba Sepeda Hias (cycling decorated competition), we were the first and second winner. On culture parade competition, we got the second winner.

We also followed ‘Kertagosa Wood Ball Championship’ and SMAPSA got several winners. On the Fairway single male on High school level, we got the second and third winner. Stroke double male, we got the third winner. Fairway group for male, we got the second and third winner. Stroke group for male, we were placed the second and third winner. Fairway single female, we were placed the first, second and third winner. Stroke single female, we were placed the first, second and third winner.

The champions achieved during the competition were the result of the students’ hard working and of course the teachers’ guidance also took a part on it. The spirit and togetherness in SMA Pariwisata Saraswati Klungkung had given the best result and made us proud of it. The champions of the competitions were announced on the flag ceremony, September 05^th, 2016 and the medals were given by Mr. Drs I Made Kasjana, the vice principal on students section to the principal of SMA Pariwisata Saraswati Klungkung, Mr. I Gusti Made Suberata, M.Ag. On his speech, he said “Never be satisfied with what we have already achieved, we should keep our spirit. The teachers, the students, and all staff in SMA Pariwisata Saraswati Klungkung should always be ready to face the next challenge which will come”.
